Region 9 has been continually monitoring the COVID-19 pandemic in Maine. In an effort to be proactive in protecting the health and safety of our community, Region 9 will be closed for students Monday, March 16th through April 27th

    Admired all those projects that take old furniture parts and other items and make them into something useful? Bring your ideas and pieces to this class and recreate with the help of an expert. We will use the shop and hand tools to make your ideas a reality!

    Adult Education Night Orientation (MAY)

    To enroll in our academic classes, we ask that you attend our three hour Orientation session. This Orientation provides you with information about all of our academic programs, helps you decide what program best fits your needs, and provides us with information to help you make those decisions.

    Basket Weaving (Wooden Bottom)

    Take your basket weaving skills a bit further by learning how to make a wooden bottom basket.  The base creates a strong bottom for heavy items.  It would look great with a plant, fruit, or even your knitting.  all supplies are included, but remember to bring your bucket or dishpan and a towel.

    Apple iPhone Mysteries Unlocked!

    Want to get more out of your iPhone, but not sure how to do it? Not even sure how it works? Mason will spend the evening unlocking the mysteries of what your iPhone can do for you.  There is a short survey when signing up for this class to help with class content.
